- Shopper Policies
- All purchases are final, except in cases of damage upon arrival.
- Payment must be completed before shipment or collection of artwork.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
- Shipping and Returns
- We offer worldwide shipping, with costs and times varying by location.
- If an artwork arrives damaged, customers must report it within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
- Refunds will not be provided for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders.
- Donations and Contributions
- Monetary donations and artwork contributions must be made in good faith.
- Donations will be allocated to support orphans in Ghana and West Africa.
- We will provide transparency on how funds are used but cannot guarantee specific outcomes for each donation.

- All artwork featured on our platform is the intellectual property of the respective artists.
- Reproduction or unauthorized use of artwork without permission is strictly prohibited.

- We do not guarantee the appreciation or investment value of any artwork sold.
- We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers.
